Guide

Supervise your agents like a team. Unlock what they can do.

You don’t build a great team by handing out jobs and hoping for the best. Agents need direction, context, and supervision too. Start with the work you want to trust them with.

1. Put the outcome first.

What would make this agent valuable? More customers helped, a shorter queue, or more useful work ready for your team? Be clear about the result before expanding the responsibility.

2. Find the moments that need more support.

Look at the moments that make your team hesitate. An unsupported promise. An answer that misses the customer’s point. A situation where someone should have asked for help. These moments tell you where supervision matters.

3. Make it specific to your business.

A support agent and a marketing agent need different judgment. So do two companies in the same industry. Shape supervision around your customers, your priorities, and your way of doing things.

4. Guide the work as it happens.

An explanation after the fact isn’t enough for the customer in the conversation. Bring supervision into everyday work, so agents have guidance when it can still make a difference.

5. Let experience make supervision better.

Your business changes, and your agents encounter new situations. Pretxt learns from those experiences and suggests improvements, and your people review and approve the changes.

6. Expand where you see value.

Start with a focused use case. Look at the quality of the work, the effort it takes to review, and the capacity it gives your people. Use that evidence to decide what agents should take on next.

What would you trust your agents to do next?

Bring us the work you have in mind, and we’ll work out where supervision fits.
