Privacy Policy
Pretxt, Inc. ("Pretxt", "we", "us") provides a real-time supervision and reliability platform for AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
1. Data we process
- Account & personnel data. Names and work email addresses of our personnel and of customer users who access our platform, used for authentication, access control, and account administration.
- Customer operational data. Organization and account identifiers and usage metadata used to provide, secure, and meter the service.
- Service data. Data that customers submit to or process through our services. We retain minimal content by design, and any customer credentials we handle are encrypted and isolated per customer.
2. Why we process it
To provide, secure, meter, and support the service, in performance of our agreements with customers.
3. Sub-processors
We currently use the following sub-processors:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for infrastructure hosting, storage, and processing.
- Databricks, hosted on Google Cloud in the United States, for storing, archiving, and analyzing service data and usage and billing records.
- Mailgun, for sending transactional email.
Our sub-processors may change from time to time; we notify customers of intended changes.
4. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
5. Security
We apply per-tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging and monitoring, and a SOC 2-aligned control program to protect personal data.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
